Chief Product Officer (SaaS)

Chief Product Officer | Tech for Good | SaaS We're looking for a Chief Product Officer to lead product strategy and help to scale an ambitious and well invested B2B SaaS business. This is a great opportunity to help drive optimisation and customer satisfaction in a tech-for-good sector. The objectives of the role are to set clear priorities, improve how products move from idea to launch, support wider engineering initiatives and lead a team of product managers and designers (approx 5). Following a successful funding round, there is an ambition to leverage AI and modern engineering practise to improve the product and engineering function. Working alongside a CTO and CEO you will be the strategic and commercial lead on product. The ideal candidate is an established CPO in a SaaS organisation with experience of PE investment and scaling efficiencies. The role Define a product strategy that supports customer needs and commercial goals. Own the roadmap, including how priorities are agreed and communicated across the business. Improve how product, design, engineering, sales and customer success work together. Use AI where it helps the team gather insight, prototype and deliver effectively. Coach and develop the product and design team, raising the standard of execution. What you'll bring Senior product leadership experience in a growing B2B SaaS business, ideally vertical SaaS. A track record of setting product strategy and building effective ways of working, with measurable results. Experience balancing customer needs, commercial opportunities and technical priorities. Evidence of using AI to improve how a product or design team works. Strong people leadership and the ability to bring teams together around clear decisions.Have what it take?
