Private Healthcare Service , delivering consultant and GP-led rehabilitation to patients across London and the M25. You will work with referrals from leading private consultants, independent hospitals and GPs, supporting patients to recover safely and comfortably in their own homes. This is a role where your clinical expertise genuinely shapes outcomes
and where every patient relationship matters. We are offering a salary of
£44,000£52,000 , paid mileage from your front door, flexible full or part-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package. This role is ideal for

Your clinical expertise, professionalism and ability to communicate with confidence will be every bit as valued as your rehabilitation skills. What You Will Be Doing As a
Community Physiotherapist
within our Private Healthcare Service, your responsibilities will include:
Delivering high-quality
physiotherapy assessment ,
treatment
and
rehabilitation
in patients' homes across
London
and the
M25 Developing
personalised rehabilitation programmes
tailored to individual patient goals Supporting recovery following
surgery ,
illness
or
injury
including orthopaedic and post-operative rehabilitation Promoting
independence ,
mobility
and
confidence
throughout the recovery journey Monitoring progress and adapting treatment plans where appropriate Providing
falls prevention assessment
and mobility rehabilitation Educating and supporting patients and their families throughout treatment Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and professional records Collaborating with private consultants, GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team Delivering an
exceptional patient experience
through professionalism, responsiveness and genuine compassion What We Are Looking For We are looking for an
HCPC Registered Physiotherapist
with strong rehabilitation experience who combines excellent clinical skills with a genuine commitment to outstanding patient care. You will be confident working autonomously in the community and will understand that in a private healthcare setting, the patient experience is every bit as important as the clinical outcome. Essential requirements:
Current
HCPC registration Minimum three years' post-registration experience in community, rehabilitation, acute or private physiotherapy Strong
physiotherapy assessment
and
rehabilitation planning
skills Experience in
orthopaedic rehabilitation ,
frailty or post-operative recovery
(or similar specialist area) Confident working
independently
within the
community Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available for this role) Desirable:
Previous experience in private healthcare or working with privately funded patients Community physiotherapy experience Not worked in the community or private healthcare before?
