Skilled Landscaper Location: Various sites across the South of England (Base: Basingstoke area) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: PAYE: £32,000-£40,000 per year (up to £45,000 for fully qualified plant operators) CIS: £180-£220 per day, plus additional rates for plant operators About the Role We are looking for an experienced Skilled Landscaper to join our team delivering high-quality hard and soft landscaping projects across the South of England. You'll work independently and as part of a team to complete projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Carry out hard and soft landscaping works including paving, fencing, drainage, planting, turfing and topsoil preparation. Set out works from drawings and assist with quality checks. Operate hand tools, small plant and machinery safely. Carry out vehicle and equipment checks. Follow Health & Safety procedures, RAMS and PPE requirements. Work closely with Site Supervisors to deliver projects on time. Requirements Minimum 3 years' landscape construction experience. NVQ Level 2 in Landscape Construction (or equivalent) with a valid CSCS/LISS Skilled Worker Card. Ability to read technical drawings. Full UK driving licence. Physically fit with good communication skills. Right to work in the UK. Desirable CPCS or NPORS plant qualifications. First Aid at Work. CAT & Genny training.
