Senior Antitrust Counsel – Global M&A & Compliance

Novartis UK in London is seeking a Senior Counsel Antitrust to lead global competition law advice on complex M&A, BD&L, and day-to-day regulatory matters.

You will partner with Corporate and Business Development, advise senior stakeholders, and coordinate with external counsel to ensure compliant, timely guidance across global transactions.
