As a Learning & Development Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering effective learning and development programmes - particularly across managers. • Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and develop impactful learning solutions.
• Design, develop, and continuously improve learning programmes, including onboarding and management development programmes
• Create engaging learning experiences using a blend of digital learning, instructor-led training, workshops, and innovative learning methods.
