Our client is a Top 50 City law firm with a large commercial real estate team and significant recent investment in expanding their contentious construction practice.
Role:
Contentious construction is of strategic investment to the board who have made several key hires over the last few years and are reaping the rewards of this long term outlook.

• UK and international disputes including adjudications, mediation, arbitration
• Delays & Disruption
• Defects
• Payment disputes
• Professional negligence

Successful candidate:

• 5+ PQE, E&W qualified ( not suitable for an NQ)
