As a Senior Internal Recruiter, you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business areas. You’ll partner closely with leadership, shape hiring strategy, and ensure we continue attracting top-tier talent. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various functions Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates Use data and insights to optimise hiring processes Support employer branding initiatives and talent pipeline development ✅ Proven experience in internal recruitment or talent acquisition (agency background a plus) Experience with sourcing tools and modern recruitment methods
