Learning & Development Coordinator

Position Overview:The Learning and Development Coordinator will be part of the global Recruiting & Talent Development team, focused on improving and delivering Squarepoint’s L&D program globally. The person will report into our Learning & Development Lead.Coordinate and schedule firm-wide training sessions, both internal and external, including all related logisticsSupport the smooth execution of Learning & Development programs across the firmAssist with keeping all current L&D offerings updated on shared platformsCollect, analyse, and utilise data to support L&D initiatives and decision-makingLeverage AI tools to enhance the delivery of L&D projectsAssist with the nomination process for all training programs and keep all relevant trackers updatedLeverage prior experience to provide insight towards developing training programsProvide support across the full lifecycle of training initiatives, from proficiency surveys through to delivery and feedback collectionPartner with internal stakeholders to understand departmental needs and support the continued development of the L&D functionAssist with any ad-hoc L&D requests as needed.Required Qualifications:2+ years of relevant work experience, L&D experience at a hedge fund or similar investment management firm preferredComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentBachelors degree or equivalentPossessing exceptional organizational skills with an acute attention to detail, coupled with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrentlyStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teammates globallyStrong proficiency with MS Office tools and other relevant softwareShow readiness to hit the ground running, learn existing processes, and contribute to the growth of the L&D function through the successful completion of assigned projects.
