Day Rate: £350-£450 p.d inside IR35

We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support a major defence-sector client. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a complex, high-security environment and enjoys owning and enhancing critical ITSM platforms.
The Role
You'll take technical ownership of the BMC Remedy platform, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement. Your work will span administration, workflow development, integrations, upgrades, and environment management. You'll also support incident resolution, service requests, reporting, and compliance activities.
Essential Skills
Windows administration (Level 1/2)
VMware
SQL Server (Level 1)
PowerShell scripting
Networking (Level 1)
Strong understanding of ITIL principles
Desirable
Hands-on experience with BMC Remedy
Background working to tight SLAs
