No two projects are ever the same - if you're an adaptable, curious engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and bringing new ideas to life, this could be the ideal next step.The RoleWe're seeking an experienced RF Electronics Engineer to play a key role in the design, development, and testing of new RF-based systems and products. You'll work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, turning cutting-edge concepts into working prototypes and commercial solutions.You'll also have the confidence to communicate complex technical ideas clearly to clients and colleagues from non-technical backgrounds.Our facilities include state-of-the-art labs with advanced RF test and measurement equipment - spectrum and network analysers, anechoic chambers, and more - all designed to help you deliver your best work.Key Skills & ExperienceMEng (or equivalent) in Electronic Engineering or related discipline6+ years' post-graduate experience designing RF-based circuits (e.g. radios, radars)Proven experience taking designs from concept through to verificationStrong microwave, RF and analogue design and simulation skillsExperience in amplifier, filter, and frequency synthesiser designDesirable (not essential):Knowledge of radio and/or radar systemsTeam leadership or line management experienceDigital circuit design experiencemm-wave frequency designWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary and package (level and title dependent on experience)Stimulating, varied work across multiple sectorsHybrid working and flexible hoursSupportive, collaborative culture with regular social activitiesCareer progression across technical, commercial, and managerial pathsFull support for professional development and trainingAbout the EnvironmentYou'll be part of a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team working on real-world applications in defence, security, IoT, healthcare, automotive, and beyond.
