Senior/Principal Civil Engineer (Infrastructure)Location: GlasgowType: PermanentA well-established multidisciplinary consultancy is looking to appoint a Civil Engineer into their Glasgow team due to continued project growth and a strong forward workload.They are open on level depending on experience but are particularly keen to speak with Senior and Principal-level engineers who can contribute both technically and from a project delivery perspective.The RoleYou’ll be working on a range of civil infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on drainage and development infrastructure design.This role offers a mix of:Hands-on technical design Project delivery Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams There is also scope to take on more responsibility and leadership depending on your level.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver infrastructure schemes including drainage, alignment, and general civils Produce and review technical outputs (drawings, calculations, reports) Work across a variety of sectors, potentially including water and renewables Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders Support and mentor junior engineers (Senior+ level) Contribute to project planning and delivery What They’re Looking ForExperience in civil engineering consultancy (design-focused) Strong background in: Drainage design Infrastructure / alignment design Proficiency in: InfoDrainage or MicroDrainage Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Ability to manage workload and contribute to project delivery Chartership & ProgressionOpen to candidates working towards Chartership (ICE) Strong internal support and proven track record of helping engineers achieve CEng Clear pathway for progression, with Principal-level roles aligned to chartered status and experience Salary: Up to 55k DoE Location: Glasgow Type: permanentSUBMIT CV
