Our client, a Global Top 10 Search firm, is looking to bolster its Partner cohort after an incredible start to 2026.

Currently the average Partner generates £1,800,000 with Top performers on £3,000,000 since January already. This is a firm of incredible stature with multi-Decade long relationships. meaning you'll be walked into major accounts from Day 1.

The firm houses a blend of ex-SHREK & Boutique Partners, that wanted more collaboration globally, without all the red tape typically expected.

Requirements

-Currently an Executive Search Partner in a Search Firm ( Mandatory)

-Originating £500k+/Year

-Wanting a firm with Global relationships for you to leverage
