About the Role You will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple groundworks and infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently and to the required programme, quality and commercial objectives. Key responsibilities include: * Managing multiple residential groundworks projects from pre-start through to completion * Supporting and overseeing Site Managers across several live developments * Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget * Coordinating labour, plant, subcontractors and material resources * Monitoring programme performance and resolving issues before they affect delivery * Working closely with Contracts Managers, Quantity Surveyors and clients * Maintaining strong relationships with developers, consultants and site teams To be successful, you should have: * Previous experience as a Project Manager within groundworks or civil engineering * Strong background delivering residential infrastructure and housing developments * Excellent knowledge of drainage, foundations, roads, sewers and external works * Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills * SMSTS * CSCS Managers Card * First Aid at Work * Full UK Driving Licence Additional qualifications such as Temporary Works Coordinator, IOSH, NEBOSH or NRSWA would be advantageous but are not essential.
