Technical Practice Lead

Technical Practice Lead - Hybrid Role (West Midlands) - Permanent - £90-95K   A newly created role within a well established software vendor, to take responsibility for improving the delivery of bespoke customisations, integrations and other solutions to new customers as part of the onboarding process.   You'll need excellent experience in working across diverse virtual teams and with internal stakeholders, customers and third party vendors. The aim is to deliver minimal solutions to meet customer needs, working at pace and prioritising low/no code delivery, whilst ensuring that all solutions meet governance and quality requirements.   You'll work directly with customers to understand and document their needs, and to design solutions, creating bespoke integrations and customisation layers outside of the core product. You'll need strong technical capability across a number of areas, and prior experience of creating customised solutions, as well strong skills in working alongside development teams and sitting within development standards.  The role is a permanent one and is a key hire for the strategic growth of the business; ideally you'll be within easy reach of the West Midlands although the role can largely be done remotely.  It'll pay a base salary of around £90-95K.  For more details please contact Justin Sleep with a copy of your resume
