About the role

Matillion is seeking a Director of Product Management to own a core area end to end, while building and leading a team of Product Managers. The role blends direct product work with leadership, stakeholder management and portfolio oversight across data engineering, analytics and platform ecosystems.

You will partner with Engineering, Design, GTM, Customer Success and Marketing to align on strategy, deliverables and trade-offs, shaping the data and AI landscape for our customers.
