Job Responsibilities

Support the property sales process from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring a smooth customer journey. Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and key stakeholders. Conduct property viewings and provide clear, accurate information to prospective buyers. Assist with valuing and marketing properties by gathering relevant details and coordinating with internal teams. Maintain accurate records of leads, viewings, and sales activity using the company's systems. Follow up with leads promptly and professionally to progress opportunities. Work closely with colleagues to ensure listings, brochures, and property details are kept up to date. Represent the company positively at appointments, viewings, and client meetings. Contribute to achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards of service.

Skills & Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and confidently. Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills. Confidence in handling enquiries, objections, and follow-ups in a professional manner. Good organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Proactive, self-motivated approach with a genuine interest in property and sales. Basic understanding of the UK property sales process and key stages from enquiry to completion.

Competent IT skills, including using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Full UK driving licence (and access to a vehicle) is desirable for local travel to viewings and appointments.
