ITS Construction Recruitment is one of the UK's leading specialist construction recruitment businesses. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised and reliable Part-Time Administrator to support our busy Cheltenham office.

The Role
You will play a key role in supporting our recruitment consultants and management team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
Key duties will include:
* General office administration
* Supporting credit control activities and debt collection administration
* Processing candidate registrations and compliance documents
* Maintaining accurate records and databases
* Assisting with payroll and timesheet administration
* Producing reports and spreadsheets
* Managing incoming calls and emails
* Supporting the team with marketing, events, and office projects
* Filing, document management, and data entry
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
* Has strong administrative and organisational skills
* Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
* Has excellent attention to detail
* Can prioritise workload and work independently
* Has a professional and friendly telephone manner
* Enjoys being part of a team
* Previous administration or office experience is preferred
Experience within recruitment, payroll, accounts, or credit control would be advantageous but is not essential.
