Technical Manager Food Manufacturing

Cotteswold Dairy is recruiting a senior Technical Manager at our Tewkesbury production site.

You will own BRCGS, HACCP, food safety, quality, legal compliance, external audits and continuous improvement while leading an established Technical & Laboratory function.

We are specifically looking for somebody who combines strong food-manufacturing technical knowledge with an approachable, coaching-led management style.

Food manufacturing experience, BRCGS audit responsibility, HACCP Level 3, Food Safety Level 3 and leadership experience are essential. Dairy, chilled or comparable high-risk/high-care experience is particularly attractive.

Salary: £48,000 £54,000 DOE, enhanced pension (6.5% employee, 7.0% Employer)
