Infrastructure Engineer –macOS, End User Computing (EUC) Active Directory. SC Cleared, HybridWe’re looking for an experienced SC cleared Infrastructure Engineer to support and improve end-user technology across a public sector organisation. You will help keep services secure, reliable and easy to use, with a focus on macOS, EUC and Active Directory. Creation of design and build documents for End User Devices - macOS as part of design work.RoleProvide technical support and administration for end-user devices and services.Manage and support macOS devices, including configuration, updates and troubleshooting.Maintain and improve EUC services and endpoint environments.Administer Active Directory accounts, groups, permissions and policies.Investigate incidents and problems, resolving issues or escalating them appropriately.Contribute to infrastructure changes, deployments and service improvements.Produce clear technical documentation and work effectively with colleagues, suppliers and service users.Follow public sector security, data-protection and change-management requirements.Provide technical expertise on the macOS estate, working with the other EUC
