Multi Skilled Operative

Multi Trade Operative Exeter 3 month contract  I am looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join a housing association in Exeter. The Multi Trade Operative will be primarily responsible for high quality joinery as well as additional repairs. Multi Trade Operative duties:  Carry out high quality joinery Deliver good customer service Keep accurate records Maintain vehicle, tools, and stock to required standards. Take part in the on-call out of hours rota.   Requirements for the role:  NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent Full UK Drivers Licence  Strong joinery skills plus multi?trade ability Good health & safety awareness Social housing experience desirable Candidates must have access to their own power tools.
