You are comfortable operating in ambiguity, creating clarity around where to invest in digital, and building the conviction needed to move programmes forward. You are customer-led, growth-oriented and collaborative by default - working through co-creation rather than long strategy cycles. You know how to build relationships, open new opportunities and drive outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver engagements across Growth Realisation, Experience Transformation and Product ValidationBuild trusted senior relationships across banking, payments and wealth clientsShape strategic direction and create conviction around investment in digital initiativesWork directly with CxO stakeholders to frame growth strategies, operating models and product directionIdentify, shape and convert new commercial opportunities in key FS accountsCollaborate with Endava engineering and AI teams to connect strategy to buildContribute to the development of Dava.Y’s Financial Services go-to-market and propositionsQualificationsExperience10+ years in Financial Services strategy, transformation or digital product leadershipTrack record leading senior client engagements and driving commercial outcomesStrong understanding of financial services markets (banking, payments, wealth)Experience shaping and landing strategic programmes in complex organisationsSkills & AttributesStrong strategic framing and problem-solving abilityAble to operate credibly with C-level and ExCo stakeholdersCustomer-led approach with focus on value and commercial impactConfident facilitating co-creation working sessions with client teamsEntrepreneurial and outcome-driven; builds momentum in complex environmentsComfortable shaping, selling and delivering engagementsAdditional InformationAbout Dava.YDava.Y is Endava’s growth and strategy unit, working at the front of the digital product lifecycle to close the gap between boardroom ambition and digital execution.
