Music Teacher - Prep School Location: Oxted, Surrey Start: September 2026 Contract: Ongoing Hours: 0.8 FTE, 5 days per week We are seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring Music Teacher to join a welcoming prep school in Oxted from September 2026 on an ongoing basis. The successful candidate will teach music across Reception to Year 8, delivering engaging and creative lessons that inspire pupils to develop their musical knowledge, confidence and performance skills. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher who enjoys working across a broad age range and wants to play an important role in the wider musical life of a school. The ideal candidate will: Have experience teaching music across primary/prep age groups Be confident teaching Reception through to Year 8 Deliver creative, engaging and inclusive lessons Be passionate about nurturing pupils' musical abilities Hold QTS or relevant teaching experienceIf you are an enthusiastic Music Teacher looking for a rewarding role in a friendly prep school, we would love to hear from you.
