5:00pm Job Summary Were looking for a professional and customer-focused Fabric Technician to join the onsite team at a high-end commercial site in Shepherd's Bush. Working as part of a two-person fabric team alongside a Lead Fabric Technician, youll deliver planned and reactive building fabric maintenance across a prestigious commercial workplace, ensuring high standards of service while providing a first-class client-facing experience. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive building fabric maintenance across the site. Complete minor compliance tasks, including water flushing and routine checks. Undertake general maintenance duties such as unblocking toilets, minor carpentry, and basic plumbing repairs. Support meeting room setups and ensure workplace areas remain safe, functional, and well presented. Provide a professional, client-facing service while maintaining accurate records and following site procedures. Requirements Previous experience as a Fabric Technician or in a similar building maintenance role. Strong all-round building fabric skills, including minor carpentry and basic plumbing. Experience carrying out compliance-related tasks is desirable. Professional, presentable, and confident in a client-facing environment. A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work as part of an onsite team. Right to work in the UK. Whats on Offer £42,000 per annum.
