We are seeking an experienced Director to join our Digital practice, specialising in Cloud & Infrastructure. This role has been created to strengthen our senior leadership capability, working closely alongside Bennie and supporting the broader Digital leadership team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving client solutions, enhancing delivery capability, and enabling market growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of Cloud & Infrastructure solutions aligned to client needs
- Develop integrated, end‑to‑end offerings in collaboration with wider Digital teams
- Translate complex client challenges into scalable, technology‑led solutions
- Build and maintain strong senior stakeholder relationships across key accounts
- Oversee high‑quality delivery of client engagements, ensuring technical excellence
- Act as a trusted advisor on cloud transformation and infrastructure strategy
- Support Bennie in driving market growth and expanding the Cloud & Infrastructure offering
- Work closely with partners across Digital to position integrated propositions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and target clients
- Develop and deepen relationships with Microsoft and other key alliance partners
- Leverage these partnerships to co‑create solutions and accelerate go‑to‑market activity
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior and mid‑level team members
- Build capability within the team to support scalable delivery
- Foster a high‑performance, collaborative culture
- Support resource planning and utilisation across engagements
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies and tools
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating at Senior Manager / Director level within a professional services or consulting environment
- Strong expertise in Cloud & Infrastructure, including cloud platforms (e.g. Microsoft Azure) and modern infrastructure solutions
- Demonstrable experience leading complex client engagements from solution design through to delivery
- Track record of business development and revenue generation, including contributing to sales and go‑to‑market initiatives
- Experience working with Microsoft technologies and ecosystems (highly desirable)
Desirable Skills
- Experience working within Digital transformation programmes
- Exposure to multi‑disciplinary delivery (e.g. combining cloud, data, applications, and cyber)
- Understanding of industry‑specific challenges (e.g. Financial Services, Lifesciences, or Public Sector)
