Job Title: Registered Manager – Dual 2-Bed EBD Homes Location: Birmingham / Coventry (commutable, with hybrid flexibility) Salary: Up to £70,000 About the Role We are opening two 2-bed Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) homes in Birmingham and are seeking an experienced and driven Registered Manager to lead both services. This is a unique opportunity to build two homes from the ground up, setting the standard, culture, and team from day one.
