Responsibility
- Support the Brand in driving sales turnover and market share while remaining consumer-focused.
- Reflect a credible and professional Brand image to all internal and external consumers at all times.
- Maximise sales through selling, providing excellent service and adhering to retail standards.
- Contribute to efficiencies by following store, Brand, and Company procedures and guidelines.
- Understand daily/weekly targets and manage additional sales avenues such as eventing, Omnichannel, and digital channels.
- Stay up-to-date with competitor activities and identify missed opportunities.
- Leverage social media to drive the business and protect/enhance the Brand image.
- Deliver the Brand Strategy and execute an effective local plan.
- Plan and implement local marketing and events initiatives aligned to retailer activity.
- Deliver excellence in service execution, continually improving service levels and fostering a culture of surprise and delight.
- Act as an Ambassador for the Brand, ensuring Brand values are represented and brought to life.
- Manage refunds and complaints in line with Company guidelines, consulting with the Area Manager where appropriate.
- Use digital tools to keep knowledge current.
- Recruit and retain consumers, building a loyal consumer base.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to deliver an industry-leading experience.
- Ensure delivery of excellent standards in product, housekeeping, displays, messaging, and pricing.
- Review retail standards daily to maintain required standards.
- Complete deliveries, stock movements, and associated administration within agreed company timeframes.
- Ensure auditable processes and administration are actioned to company guidelines, taking corrective action where risks are highlighted.
- Fulfill information requests accurately and within deadlines.
- Minimise stock loss by implementing company security policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain a safe working environment for customers and staff, adhering to company and retailer policies.
- Achieve a minimum overall grading of 'Acceptable' in health & safety audits.
- Manage daily replenishment, addressing issues promptly.
- Maximise sales performance using commercial reports for decision-making.
- Plan and deliver visual merchandising layouts within guidelines and agreed timescales.
- Identify stock packaging issues and take corrective action, informing Area Manager when necessary.
- Manage promotions and discounts in line with company guidelines.
- Identify trends and suggest enhancements to product performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced retail and/or consumer-facing environment.
- Ability to drive self-development.
- Commercial understanding and awareness of industry.
- Effective communication, organisation and prioritisation skills.
