- Telephony / Insurance Our client, a leading financial services business, are recruiting for an experienced Training Manager to lead the people and training workstream for a large-scale Telephony migration.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the training workstream for a major Telephony migration programme.Partner with the vendor and internal teams and support the development of bespoke solutions where required.Conduct a detailed Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across multiple business areas.Design, develop, and implement a tailored training programme based on identified needs.Create engaging training materials, learning content, and adoption plans.Drive user readiness and adoptionBuild strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing and guiding them throughout the transformation journey.Work closely with communications and change teams to ensure consistent messaging and employee engagement.Key RequirementsProven experience as a Training Manager delivering large-scale technology or telephony transformation programmes.Experience supporting Telephony migrations is highly desirable.Experience conducting training needs analyses and developing enterprise-wide learning programmes.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels, including senior leadership.Experience in communications, change management, or user adoption initiatives would be highly advantageous.Excellent presentation, facilitation, and engagement skills.Please apply! xwzovoh Guidant, Carbon60, Lorien & SRG
