About the role
Mackie Myers Ltd in Wokingham is recruiting a Head of Finance for a high-growth SME. You will own the finance function and provide timely management information, budgets and cash flow planning to support commercial decisions.
You will partner with senior leaders, balance hands-on delivery with strategic oversight, and build robust controls as the business scales.
The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification and SME/fast-moving experience; hybrid working 3 days in office.
