Technical Account Manager

An enterprise-level security systems integrator is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to oversee a prestigious, large-scale London site. This is a key client-facing role managing a high-profile account within a complex, enterprise environment.The site is a large Lenel-based site. Formal Lenel certifications are not required, but a strong working knowledge and enterprise-level background are essential.Key Responsibilities:• Act as the primary point of contact for building managers and key client stakeholders• Day-to-day management of a critical enterprise account• Lead, manage, and support a team of 6–7 on-site engineers• Coordinate service delivery, workflow, and operational priorities• Prepare and manage quotations for system upgrades and enhancements• Ensure high service standards and client satisfaction• Adapt to a diverse and evolving role within a dynamic environmentIdeal Candidate Profile:• Proven experience in a Technical Account Manager, Service Manager, or similar role• Background in enterprise-level security systems integration• Strong understanding of access control systems (Lenel experience highly desirable)• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills• Experience leading engineering or technical teams• Commercial awareness, including quoting and upgrade planningThis role offers long-term stability, exposure to a flagship account, and the opportunity to work on a prestigious London site within a well-established integrator.
