Teaching Assistant - Year 6

Location : Wakefield - WF4 Contract Type: Temporary Start Date: ASAP Hours: Monday to Wednesday, Full Days Are you ready to make a real difference in a lively Year 6 classroom? We're on the lookout for a confident Teaching Assistant with a passion for helping children shine. What will you be doing? •Supporting engaging learning across the curriculum. •Working alongside the class teacher to inspire, challenge and guide pupils. •Delivering small group and 1:1 support in and outside the classroom. •Encouraging positive behaviour and independence in daily school life. •Bringing positive energy, creativity and care to the classroom every day. To be considered for this role you must have: •Experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK primary school – UK education based experience is essential for this role. •Prior Year 6 experience OR strong experience within Key Stage 2 (KS2). •A friendly, adaptable approach - and a genuine drive to support young learners.
