Hamilton Mayday is currently seeking experienced and passionate Chef de Partie professionals to join our team and work with a variety of prestigious clients across London, including:

• Private Members' Clubs.
• Conference and Event Venues.
• Hospitality and Contract Catering Operations.
• Schools and Educational Facilities (Enhanced DBS required)

Requirements:

• Previous Chef de Partie experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Your own chef whites and knives.
• A valid DBS certificate.
• A strong work ethic, reliability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.
