Manufacturing Operative

Orchard Professional Solutions Ltd are pleased to be working with a wood manufacturer, based in New Holland, North Lincolnshire who are looking for Production Operatives to join their team. Role responsibilities: * Support in the production of wooden products * Use and operative automatic machines / saws * Effectively follow job plans to ensure product accuracy * Follow job plans to ensure product numbers meet requirements * Training provided * Opportunity for a permanent contract for the right candidate * Be competent and able to use initiative to complete work * Work towards production targets The role: * Required to work a rotating shift pattern; * Week 1 - (Apply online only) (Monday - Thursday) (Apply online only) (Friday) * Week 2 - (Apply online only) (Monday - Thursday) (Apply online only) (Friday) * £12.81 per hour * Overtime rate available * Located New Holland, North Lincolnshire The ideal person: * Ideally will have experience in a similar role / environment, although not essential * Will be able to work the rotating shift * Can travel to New Holland, North Lincolnshire * Must be competent and able to use initiative when working * Help create a safe working environment by following site Health and Safety This is an excellent opportunity to work with a market leading manufacturer.
