Senior Underwriter

Marine Underwriter (Leisure Craft)

NSCG are supporting a specialist insurer to support the appointment of an Marine Underwriter.

The role will sit within an established and well-regarded marine underwriting team, with a focus on leisure and pleasure craft risks, including yachts and privately owned vessels. The successful individual will be responsible for underwriting across both new business and renewals, while maintaining close engagement with a select broker panel.

Key requirements:

• Demonstrable recent marine underwriting experience
• Strong technical underwriting capability across marine classes
• Ability to operate effectively in a relationship-led, specialist environment
• Exposure to pleasure craft / leisure risks is advantageous, though not essential

Open to looking at both interim and permanent hires, ideally looking for an immediately available hire.
