They're now looking to bring in a seasoned investigations professional at Manager or Associate Director level (the exact title will depend on your experience) to own delivery on complex, sensitive engagements and to lead the teams carrying out the underlying research.

What the role involves

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll take primary responsibility for planning and executing investigative work, then turning that thinking into polished, client-facing output.

  • Direct in-depth research using public records and oversee carefully-designed enquiries involving human sources, particularly on sensitive assignments
  • Contribute to building and pressure-testing investigative strategy, identifying weak points and recommending fixes
  • Oversee a team of Associates and Researchers — assigning work and ensuring it's delivered on time, to a high standard, and in the right direction
  • Quality-check and refine written outputs so they're ready (or nearly ready) to go to the client
  • Engage directly with clients where needed, and contribute to budgeting, billing and resource planning across your caseload
  • Coach and develop more junior team members, and help roll out new investigative techniques and tools

What they need from you

  • Strong xwzovoh experience working in investigations, litigation support, or asset tracing, with at least 2-3 years spent managing people or investigative workstreams
  • Demonstrable experience running complicated investigative projects end-to-end
  • Excellent written communication, with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy
  • Good judgement and the ability to stay discreet under pressure, often while juggling multiple matters
  • Additional languages would help — Arabic is particularly welcome
  • Experience working across borders/internationally is a plus
