Account Planner - Commercial Partners

To provide support to the team in all aspects of sales activity.What you'll be doing...Work within strict time limits to option advertising spaceBook campaigns on our systems and deal with any related issuesWork closely with others to ensure smooth running of campaignsDevelop competency with bespoke company database systemProvide rapid response to enquiries and requests from customersWork with your team to produce presentations and provide after sales serviceTake charge of corporate entertainment plansBuild a knowledge of company products and services and their benefitsWork with other team members to ensure phones are coveredFocus efforts and time on the development and performance of the regional retail business. Support the diversification of the customer base across multiple agencies and SpecialistsAct as the two-way conduit for marketplace insight between agencies and specialist teamsA little bit about you...CapabilitiesCommunication and interpersonal skillsConfident communication and presentation skills when speaking with all levelsExcellent communication skills both written and verbalMotivationA self-starter with the ability to prioritise in order to achieve deadlines and maintain clients expectationsSelf-motivated and adaptable to work alone and be part of a team to support colleagues, share information and improve on best practicesPrevious experience working in a similar campaign or deadline driven environment would be an advantageThe ability to use your initiative and a confident approach to decision makingOrganisational and administrative skillsStrong numeracy skills with exceptional attention to detailFully conversant with all aspects of Microsoft packages with an intermediate skill set in ExcelQualifications and ExperienceIdeally with some experience in media (and preferably digital and OOH media).
