Senior Product Engineer (up to £125k)

The Work

Drive the full lifecycle of new features for a product used by tens of thousands of frontline professionals, from ideation with cross-functional teams to deployment.

Architect and build scalable solutions across the stack (frontend, backend, infrastructure), leveraging modern technologies.

Integrate and optimize cutting-edge generative AI and LLM tooling to enhance user workflows and deliver tangible social impact.

Develop internal tools that empower the team to scale operations and support more people efficiently.

Tackle complex, non-purely technical problems, ensuring pragmatic and impactful solutions for real-world users.

What You Bring

Senior-level experience building and scaling complex software systems across the full stack (frontend, backend, infrastructure).

A strong product mindset: you prioritize customer outcomes, make data-informed decisions, and thrive in cross-functional teams.

Proven ability to architect scalable solutions, apply pragmatic technical choices, and adapt to evolving tech stacks.

Experience working with or a strong interest in integrating generative AI/LLMs into production systems.

Based in London or willing to commute regularly for in-person collaboration.
