Pearse Portfolio are supporting a fast-growing infrastructure business in seeking an interim COO to lead all operational and customer service functions and put in place the scalable systems, processes and capability to support rapid growth.

What you will own

• Safe, compliant and cost-effective delivery and maintenance of multi-utility assets in a regulated environment
• The full customer journey for services, from onboarding through technical care, usage monitoring and billing
• Operational efficiency and process standardisation across every operational and customer-facing activity
• Technical authority on the installed asset base and on the operational risk within new business opportunities

Key responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for operational processes, systems and standards, and lead transformation to improve cost-to-serve, data quality and performance
• Define and implement industry-leading asset management systems, and set construction and O&M quality standards for third-party delivered assets xwzovoh
• Lead operational teams to deliver safe, compliant and efficient services, managing third-party contractor performance and acting as senior operational escalation point
• Ensure robust operational controls, regulatory compliance and audit readiness, and sponsor operational CapEx with clear benefit analysis
• Maintain relationships with upstream network owners and industry partners
