PERM Childrens Social Worker - Assesment

Are you eager to land a brand new  PERMANENT role? Our client, based in the West Midlands, are looking for a Childrens Social Worker to work within the Assessment Team. Position: Childrens Social Worker Rate: £36,363 - £40,777 per annum Contract Duration: PERMANENT Purpose: To be the first point of contact for children, young people and families in need of support.  Job Responsibilities: Direct working with children and families, alongside other staff and partner agencies. Prioritise the children to ensure the are safe, heard and seen. Respond to referrals, investigate concerns and make appropriate decisions. Complete high quality assessment to understand circumstances, strengths and appropriate help or intervention.  Job Requirements: Must have experience within Children’s Services. Qualified Social Worker (DipSW, CQSW, CSS, MSc or equivalent). Registered with Social Work England. Strong knowledge of safeguarding and legislation.
