Retail Department Lead - Part-Time & Path to Management

Halfords in Falkirk is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant to support day-to-day store operations and lead a small team. You’ll deliver excellent customer service, coach colleagues, and help achieve sales targets while staying within budgeted procedures.

You’ll share in the responsibilities of a key holder and work closely with the store management team to ensure high standards of service and security, with training to develop your career in retail leadership.
