About the role

CiTECH have exciting opportunity for an experienced Project / Service Engineer to undertake Installation, commissioning and servicing of Waste heat recovery / boiler equipment.

The position will be located in our Hessle office and will include international travel on a regular basis.

About CiTECH: Designer and supplier of specialist compact Waste Heat Recovery Units and innovative Boilers for the offshore Oil & Gas and Power Generation industries.

With over 80 years of history, CiTECH are the early pioneers of energy efficient, flue gas Waste Heat Recovery in the UK;we developed and patented the worlds first compact, circular Waste Heat Recovery Unit.

The role: Provide direct customer facing, project and service support (often at short notice) for the Installation, commissioning and servicing for all CiTECH products and associated equipment (Onshore and Offshore).

Conducting and/or overseeing the physical implementation of our capital equipment projects, including to oversee fabrication and testing when required, Also, to undertake other Engineering and Project Engineering work when not mobilised.

Conduct service/repair and maintenance on all of the Companys products, effectively and in a timely manner.

Conduct installation, commissioning works on all of the Companys products in accordance with approved documentation and client expectation.

Oversee fabrication and construction/site assembly of Company equipment at vendor facilities to best assure national & Company standards.

Lead and conduct Factory & Site Acceptance Testing (FAT/SAT), at client and vendor sites in according with approved test procedures/manuals.

Responsibility to provide/deliver user & basic maintenance training (including planning and creation of training support material) for products supported by the Company.

Creation of comprehensive site reports, suitable for recording and presentation to the client (as required).

Provide feedback to and liaise with and Engineering, Project and Production on any technical issues or potential improvements.

Undertake assigned Project Engineering work
- to produce, co-ordinate and comment (as necessary); agreed Project documents.

The preferred candidate: Educated to HNC/HND or equivalent in a suitable engineering discipline and/or equivalent relevant experience may be acceptable.

Offshore survival training (BOSIET) and up to date offshore Medical certificate (training will be provided as required).

Full Clean UK driving licence (suitable to use overseas).

General awareness and appreciation of the Petrochemical industry, particular working in offshore Oil & Gas environments.

Familiar with design and deployment of Waste Heat Recovery Units / industrial heat exchangers, Damper Equipment and associated or Control/instrumentation systems.

Targeted training will be provided.

- 10 years experience of Mechanical Engineering (heavy marine) and Hydraulic/Pneumatic and Electrical preferred.

Role highly suited to Ex RN / Ex Forces personnel.

Experience of working in a customer facing role.

Ability to work using own initiative (with little supervision) and under pressure to tight deadlines.

Excellent communication skills in English language (written, verbal and presentation) along with excellent interpersonal skills. xwzovoh
