About the role
Blake Group is seeking a Commercial Director in Edinburgh to join the senior leadership team and drive the commercial agenda as the business scales. This retained search positions you to own P&L, cash flow, and to establish a structured BD function while leading procurement governance.
You will report to the MD and shape strategy, partnering with Finance to deliver growth, margins, and strategic accounts. The role operates at board level with hands-on leadership across operations.
