Job summaryLower Stondon Surgery are seeking an experienced, motivated,
and highly organised Practice Manager to join our friendly and
forward-thinking dispensing GP surgery. This is an exciting opportunity to play
a key leadership role in ensuring our practice delivers safe, effective,
caring, responsive, and well-led services while maintaining full compliance

hear from you.Main duties of the jobAs our Practice Manager, you will lead on quality assurance, governance, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the practice.About usThis is an excellent opportunity to become a key member of

patient care. You'll play a central role in shaping the future of the practice,
supporting our staff, and ensuring we continue to provide outstanding services
to our community.You will work closely with Partners Dr Akhtar and Dr Brindle to bring the practice into its next phase. Using secured premises funding we are looking forward to practice expansion to support the growing list size and dispensary.
