Vanta Staffing is recruiting an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a busy outdoor maintenance team working across various locations throughout Slough.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with practical grounds maintenance, landscaping or horticultural experience who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining public spaces and green areas to a high standard.

The role offers regular Monday-to-Friday work, with occasional overtime opportunities, for a reliable and hardworking individual.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out grass cutting, strimming and general grounds maintenance.

• Operating pedestrian mowers, strimmers, hedge trimmers and other grounds maintenance equipment.

• Cutting and maintaining hedges, shrubs and overgrown vegetation.

• Clearing leaves, weeds, litter and general debris from outdoor areas.

• Maintaining grassed areas, pathways, verges and public green spaces.

• Carrying out seasonal grounds maintenance duties as required.

• Loading, unloading and transporting tools, equipment and materials.
