Experience within a 4- or 5-star hotel is essential, and exposure to rosette or Michelin-level kitchens is highly advantageous. While high-end experience matters, the Executive Chef is equally focused on finding the right person someone who leads with positivity, supports their team, and is committed to continuous improvement.
