The Role as the HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the school's HR function, ensuring the smooth running of all administrative processes while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and confidentiality. Responsibilities Managing HR administration, including employee records and documentation. Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and safer recruitment compliance. Maintaining accurate personnel files and HR databases. Assisting with contracts, absence records, and employee correspondence. Liaising with staff, senior leaders, and external agencies. Providing confidential administrative support to the HR department. Ensuring compliance with school policies and employment legislation. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in an HR Administration role. Excellent written and spoken English with exceptional communication skills. Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail. Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office. Experience working within a school environment is desirable but not essential. A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
