About the role
Business Development Manager – Software Services
Location: Hybrid (Manchester – 2–3 days onsite/week)
Salary: £50K–£65K base + Double OTE (uncapped commission)
Focus: Cold new business acquisition in Software or IT Technical Services
Sales Cycle: Full-cycle ownership – from prospecting to closing, then account management (upsell/cross-sell)

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3+ years in high AOV B2B sales (Software / IT Technical Services)
- Sales Style: Consultative, long‑cycle (not transactional)
- Traits: Detail-oriented, resilient, self‑driven, and growth‑focused
