Resident Liaison Officer

We are looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join a residential refurbishment programme in Hoddesdon.

The project includes asphalt and concrete repairs, roofing, flooring and decoration works, with residents remaining central to the successful delivery of the programme.

Working alongside the Site Manager and operational team, you will act as the main point of contact for residents and ensure communication is clear, consistent and professional throughout the works.

Key Responsibilities

* Building positive relationships with residents

* Providing information regarding planned works and timescales

* Coordinating appointments and property access

* Maintaining regular communication throughout the works

* Managing queries, concerns and complaints

* Identifying vulnerable residents and additional support requirements

* Maintaining accurate resident records

* Liaising closely with Site Managers and contractors

* Supporting resident satisfaction and successful handovers

Previous RLO experience within social housing, planned maintenance or occupied residential refurbishment would be highly advantageous.

Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills are essential.

The role will commence 1 February 2027 with an anticipated initial duration of six months
