Salary: From £14.00 per hour DOE
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm
Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am 3:30pm
Quest Employment is currently recruiting for experienced TIG Welders to join a growing and well-established manufacturing business in Northampton.
This is an excellent opportunity for skilled welders looking for a long-term role with immediate starts available and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
The Role As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality welding work to precise specifications within a busy production environment.
The role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to read technical drawings, and previous TIG welding experience.
Key Responsibilities Carrying out TIG welding to a high standard
Reading and working from technical drawings and specifications
Fabricating and assembling metal components
Inspecting completed welds to ensure quality standards are met
Using hand and power tools safely
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following all Health & Safety procedures
Requirements Previous TIG welding experience is essential
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Good manual dexterity and practical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of xwzovoh a team
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Monday to Friday working schedule
Early finish on Fridays
