The team advises leading private equity sponsors and financial investors on complex, high-value transactions across the full investment lifecycle.The role will involve a broad range of private equity work, including acquisitions, disposals, investments, joint ventures and portfolio company transactions. You will work on sophisticated domestic and cross-border matters alongside highly regarded partners and colleagues across the firm's wider corporate, finance, tax and regulatory practices.The team is interested in candidates with strong private equity experience gained at a leading international or UK firm, with excellent technical ability and a commercially minded approach.
