Someone who can create meaningful connections and the conditions for participation and is able to welcome everyone. You'll be aware of the practical, physical and emotional barriers that can get in the way and you'll support people to overcome them. You'll lead our community on a journey - from having a look, to coming along, taking part, making decisions and deciding what happens next.This role is based in Selby, North Yorkshire and is offered full time, however a flexible approach for the right candidate is possible. The process of bringing innovation and local connection to arts initiatives to develop and sustain creativity and engagement. Monitoring and evaluation frameworks, and experience of using them to develop programmes and inform reporting to public bodies.
